Terms of use and service.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms describe general website use and the baseline expectations for services offered by Iron Brush Digital ("Iron Brush", "we", "us"). A signed proposal, service agreement, or written quote may add to or replace these terms for a specific project. This document is a practical starting point, not legal advice; have a qualified attorney review it before relying on it as a complete contract.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit malicious or unlawful content.

Quotes and scope

Website prices and calculator outputs are starting estimates, not binding offers. The final scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and approval.

Website design starting scope

The published $200 starting price covers a simple one-page website, a contact form, copywriting based on client-provided information, a responsive layout, basic on-page SEO foundations, and up to three consolidated revision rounds. Additional pages, custom functionality, integrations, e-commerce, paid services, or unusual technical requirements are not included unless stated in writing.

Client responsibilities and materials

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, service descriptions, contact details, images, logos, required slogans, legal disclosures, and other materials they want included. The client confirms they have the rights and permissions needed to provide those materials. We are not responsible for factual errors in information supplied or approved by the client.

Revision process

A revision is one consolidated batch of requested changes confirmed in writing by Iron Brush and approved by the client before implementation. The client submits requested changes; Iron Brush reviews them and sends a written list labelled Revision 1, Revision 2, or Revision 3. The client may add or clarify items before approving that batch. Once approved, the batch is logged and work begins. The number of individual line items in a confirmed batch does not change the fact that it is one revision round.

Corrections required because Iron Brush did not correctly implement work that was already agreed do not consume the client's revision allowance. Requests made after a batch is confirmed may be included in a later revision round or treated as additional scope. Additional website revisions may be charged up to $80 per page revision depending on scope; additional logo revisions may be charged up to $25 per revision. Any additional charge will be explained and approved by the client before work begins.

Pricing, payment, and third-party costs

Logo design is offered from $50 where selected. Managed hosting is $25 per month where applicable. Domain registration, premium themes, stock assets, email services, advertising spend, payment processing, e-commerce platform subscriptions, and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in a written quote. Clients should register domains and maintain ownership of their own accounts wherever possible.

Hosting and availability

Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or business outcomes. Clients are responsible for timely payment of hosting and other recurring fees. Any suspension, migration, cancellation, backup, or transfer process will be governed by the applicable written agreement and third-party provider requirements.

Search and advertising

SEO and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and advertising platform changes, competition, location, budgets, user behavior, and client approvals. We do not guarantee rankings or campaign performance. Advertising budgets should be paid directly by the client to the advertising platform; management fees are separate.

Ownership and portfolio

Ownership, licensing, source files, transfer rights, and any portfolio display permissions will be stated in the project agreement or quote. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses. We will not claim ownership of client trademarks or materials.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or a service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any project-specific limitation, warranty, indemnity, or dispute terms should be set out in a signed agreement.
